Based on the fourteenth clause of the White Paper, the Provisional Preparatory Council endeavors to organize and found the Progressive Iranians Party and the designers of the Transition Media. Its ultimate goal is to provide a secure infrastructure, advanced and effective mechanisms, and the initial actions of the party, as well as the creation and management of the pluralistic Transition Media, and ultimately to hold the party's first general assembly to elect the Coordination Council and to correct and complete the organizational and collective decision-making mechanisms.
